At On The Spot Brakes, we believe in transparency and building trust with our customers. Please take a moment to review our key policies and service agreement details to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

📅 Appointments & Scheduling

• All services are by appointment only.

• We ask that your vehicle be parked in a safe, level, and accessible location.

• Please ensure someone 18 or older is present at the time of service if access to the vehicle is needed.

🔧 Service Guarantee 

We stand by our work. If you experience any issues after your brake service, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the concern.

📄 Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full upon completion of service.

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and cash app payments.

• Invoices and receipts will be provided via email or text.

📦 Parts & Warranties 

• We use quality OEM or equivalent parts sourced from trusted suppliers.

• If you request specific parts, please notify us at the time of booking.

• Manufacturer warranties apply where available; ask us if you’d like warranty details for your specific parts.

 

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling 

• Life happens — we get it! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $35 service call fee.

🛠️ Service Limitations 

• We only perform brake services that can be completed safely in your location.

• We do not perform services in unsafe environments (heavy traffic, extreme weather, unlevel ground).

• If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to vehicle inaccessibility or safety concerns, a $35 trip fee may apply.

🔑 Customer Responsibilities 

To ensure a smooth service, we ask that you:

• Remove valuables from your vehicle.

• Unlock all doors and provide access to lug nut keys, if needed.

• Notify us of any existing issues with the vehicle (stripped bolts, custom wheels, or unusual noises).

🔓 Privacy & Data 

• Your information is kept private and is never sold or shared.

• Any photos taken of your vehicle or repairs are used strictly for documentation or promotional purposes (with permission).

📍 Service Areas 

We proudly serve Conway and Surrounding Areas. If you're outside our normal range, a small travel fee may apply.
